About Us
Bloom Early Education provides Infant Development Early Intervention to children ages birth to 36 months with developmental delays or diagnosed disabilities in Solano County, California.
Bloom Early Education was founded in 2020 by Marissa Smith an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher. Marissa began providing Early Intervention services in 2008, while completing her Early Childhood Special Education Credential. In 2014, she took a position as a Special Education Preschool Teacher, working with children with moderate to severe disabilities. Marissa transitioned out of the classroom and began assessing preschool children for eligibility with the school districts in 2018. Many of the children Marissa assessed qualified for Early Intervention services, but those children were unable to receive the service they needed because there were so few providers in the region. Knowing the importance of Early Intervention, Marissa started Bloom Early Education to provide infant development services to children from birth to 36 months who have developmental delays and disabilities the Solano County. Marissa and the staff at Bloom Early Education are dedicated to serving families and helping children reach their maximum potential!
